All of our products contain eggs and are baked by hand in a 100% dedicated gluten-free, soy-free, and nut-free facility.   Our oat flour and whole rolled oats are certified gluten-free.   We use non-gmo corn starch in our hamburger buns and we use dairy (buttermilk) in our Jalaa varieties.  Our Xanthan Gum is made by Bob's Red mill and does not contain corn.
