  • All breads are baked by hand in a 100% dedicated gluten-free, soy-free, and nut-free facility.  
  • Our oat flour and whole rolled oats are certified gluten-free.  
  • We use non-gmo corn starch in our Gringo loaf, our hamburger buns, or our Cuadrados.  No other bread varieties contain corn.
  • We use dairy (buttermilk) in our Jalaa rolls.
